Every session, Yaser creates a calming environment using unconditional positive regard for the client, empathic understanding, and congruence to help bring the most growth for the client. Yaser plans on obtaining his license within a year and continue therapy, using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Art therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and groups and family therapy, from a person-centered approach.
